These terms cover your use of plotstudio.live, including the stories, essays, podcast and story page. By using the site, you agree to them. The Plot app, when it opens, will have its own terms.

1. Who can use Plot

You must be 18 or older. When you join, give your real name and an email address you own, and join only for yourself.

2. Your words

Anything you write on the story page remains yours. By sending it, you allow Plot to read it, store it, and make a story from it for you.

If you tick "You can publish my story without identifiers", you also allow Plot to publish that story, for example on Instagram, YouTube, Spotify or this site, with your name and anything else that could identify you removed. If you don't tick it, we won't publish it. You can withdraw your permission at any time by emailing us. If a story is already published, we will take it down wherever we reasonably can.

Please don't send anyone else's private information, or anything unlawful, hateful or harmful.

3. Plot's work

The stories, essays, audio, designs and everything else Plot publishes belong to Plot. You are welcome to read, listen and share links. Please don't copy, republish, sell or use them to train AI systems without our written permission.

4. What Plot is, and isn't

Plot is for imagination, reflection and personal growth. It is not medical, mental health, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist or other professional. We make no promise that any practice or story will bring a particular result. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.

5. Using the site fairly

Don't spam the forms, use bots or scrapers, try to get into our systems or data, or do anything that disrupts the site for others. We may block anyone who does.

6. Other services

The podcast plays through Spotify, and we link to Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. As it is

We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Plot is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as Plot grows. We'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed with us by email, in good faith, and if it can't be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of India.
